The Madison South Board of Directors has recently proposed amendments to the Association's Bylaws which govern how MSNA conducts business.

These proposals include seating a minimum of 9 members to the Board, as well as changing the number of Board meetings to a minimum of 1 per year. The Board of Directors is seeking input from neighbors and business owners in the Madison South neighborhood regarding these proposals.

To comment, please plan to attend either the June 3rd General Membership meeting for discussion, or the August 5th General Membership meeting when the proposed amendments will be presented for a vote.
